Our team of over 30 highly-skilled and experienced painters, decorators, and refurbishment tradesmen take great pride in their work. With a wealth of expertise, our team has successfully worked on numerous projects across Surrey and surrounding counties. Our goal is to deliver high-quality results that leave a lasting impact. We work around you, to your time scale, and guarantee an excellent service, every time.

A family business passionate about the power of paint

Founded in 1986 by Jamie & Mandy Elstow, they have successfully run the company and built a team they’re proud of for over 37 years. Gary Pickering joined shortly after as the third director at Marshels, bringing his managerial expertise within the painting and decorating industry into the company.

We’re a family-run business striving for only the highest standard of work, and only take on tradespeople and painting and decorating contractors that take pride in their craftsmanship. We promote strong relationships within the company work force, and regularly invest in apprenticeship schemes – and that’s why we work towards the promotion of the newer generation of workers, and the development of their skills.

Being part of the local community is more than just a label for us – it’s a genuine passion. We’ve been diving headfirst into all kinds of exciting local projects and initiatives that make Farnham a better place to live. For instance, we’ve proudly stepped up as sponsors for the Farnham Carnival and Farnham Cricket Club… and we’re only just getting started.
